bought this 1gb memory stick for my sony k800i mobile phone it fitted easily into the phone i used sonys pc suite on my computer+ laptop to transfer photos and music to the memory card got about 70 songs on it so far and about 40 photos theres still plenty of space left on the memory card fantastic value for something so small music sounds great photos excellent quality glad i bought one48

4GB is great storage but this is not suitable for SonyEricsson mobile phones which use the smaller Memory Stick Duo or Memory Stick Micro M2 format. This product is ideal for hardware that uses the original Memory Stick size units and that are compatible with newer MS Pro and high capacity cards. Note some older models do not support MS Pro over 2GB (or MS Pro at all) so check first.51

Great but watch out for faults
I bought this camera for it's very low shutter lag. Just over a year later and the camera vibrates when turned on. It is unusable due to a fault in the lens system. If you look on line you will see reports of this but unlike other models, Sony do not recognise it as a flaw in the build/design so you'll have to pay to have it repaired if it is out of warranty. Given the cost of that you may as well buy another camera.I won't buy another Sony product. I have never had a problem with Casio or Canon compacts so I'll stick with them.

This camera take great photos even in difficult conditions. I found it easy to use without using the manual and the battery seems to last forever so I never missed taking any photos on a recent holiday. What it does badly is to record extremely low volume sound levels at a low resolution for video. The recorded sound level is at such a low level that I stopped using the video option altogether.57

As the title says, the memory stick is genuine and the usual Sony superb standard. Although I only had standard delivery, it still came next day! And with a free memory stick card reader, which was very welcome as I didn't have one and now don't have to connect my camcorder up to the PC to get my shots off. I have already ordered another card from Smith's Photographic as I was so pleased.59
